Abanro Commerce

For shops that sell on Instagram and WhatsApp

Not an exporter? Abanro also has a workspace for businesses selling directly to customers through social media: messages, customers, catalogue, orders and delivery in one place, instead of in screenshots and DMs.

What Abanro Commerce covers

Selling through DMs works until orders, payments and addresses live in a hundred chat threads. Commerce puts the customer and the order next to the conversation.

Messages linked to customers

Instagram and WhatsApp conversations in Abanro, with the customer's orders, tags and purchase history next to the thread. Name matches are only suggestions; nothing is merged without you.

Catalogue and website

Categories, items, packages and discounts, shown on a public website for your business with a checkout you control: the fields you ask for, the payment methods you accept and a shipping fee.

Orders, receipts and tracking

Orders from your website, your messages or added by hand, with payment recording, receipts you can send on WhatsApp, and a tracking link for the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Set where you deliver and what it costs, and keep each order's shipment with the order.

Customers

A customer directory with tags and notes, built up from your orders and conversations, or imported from a CSV or Excel file.

Campaigns and automations

WhatsApp template campaigns, email campaigns, and automations for routine messages, such as an order being ready or a payment still due, that run only when the rule you set is true.

Selling to businesses abroad?

If your customers are importers, distributors and wholesale buyers in other countries, Abanro Export is the better fit: buyer records, WhatsApp and email follow-up sequences, Product Sheets, and quotations, invoices and packing lists.

Questions

How is Abanro Commerce different from Abanro Export?

They share an account but are built for different sellers. Commerce is for shops selling to consumers through Instagram, WhatsApp and a website. Export is for businesses selling to importers and distributors abroad, with buyer records, Product Sheets, quotations, invoices and packing lists.

Can I reply to Instagram and WhatsApp messages in Abanro?

Yes, once you connect your Instagram professional account and your WhatsApp Business number. WhatsApp's rules still apply: after 24 hours without a message from the customer, you can only reach them with an approved template.

Do I need a website to sell with Abanro Commerce?

No. Abanro gives your business a public website with your catalogue and checkout, which you can turn on when you're ready. You can also take orders from messages and add them by hand.
