Repacking and relabeling

Repacking and relabeling for imported goods.

Goods packed for the factory, repacked and relabeled for the U.S. channel they're going to, with a record of everything we changed.

24/7 support We respond within 6 hours.

What's included

In detail

Imported goods often arrive packed for the factory, not for the U.S. channel they're going to: master cartons too heavy for Amazon, retail packs without U.S. barcodes, or cartons damaged in transit. Repacking fixes that before the goods move on.

We break down cartons, move units into new cartons or retail packs, relabel them for their destination and record what changed. Repacking is often paired with receiving and inspection, kitting and FBA prep.

Who it's for

  • Importers whose master cartons exceed Amazon's limits
  • Brands relabeling imported goods for U.S. retail
  • Sellers dealing with damaged or refused cartons, including recovered shipments

What to send us first

  • Current carton configuration and the target one
  • New labels or barcode files
  • Any retail packaging you supply

Timing

Turnaround depends on volume and how much each carton needs. We confirm the timeline in your quote, and our team is available 24/7.

How it's priced

Quoted to the job, based on units per carton and the labeling needed. Relabeling alone starts at $0.45 a unit. All prices.

Common problems we prevent

Cartons over Amazon's limits

We split heavy or oversized master cartons into compliant ones.

Wrong barcodes on retail packs

Old codes are covered with the correct U.S. label.

Damaged outer cartons

Good units are moved to new cartons and damaged units are reported.

Questions

Can you relabel imported products for the U.S.?

Yes. We apply the barcode and labels you provide, covering old codes. The content of regulatory or language labels is your responsibility; some regulated products need review before we accept them.

Can you split master cartons for Amazon?

Yes. We repack into cartons within Amazon's size and weight limits and label each carton.

What happens to damaged units?

We set them aside, photograph them and ask you what to do with them.
