Do we lose contact with our customer?
No. You keep the customer relationship. We handle the U.S. services you agree with us and report to you. You decide whether your customer talks to us directly.
Do you offer exclusivity or fixed commissions?
No. There is no exclusivity and no fixed commission. Partner pricing is quoted per lane and service, and each rate is confirmed in the quote.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle U.S. customs clearance and can deliver your customers' shipments fully customs-cleared. We can also act as importer of record in eligible cases.
Where are your warehouses?
Our warehouse is in Southern California, close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. We store and deliver goods across the U.S.
