In detail

Receiving is where problems are cheapest to catch. Freight from Asia and Europe arrives at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, clears customs through a licensed broker, and is delivered to us in Orange County as pallets, loose cartons or a floor-loaded container.

We count what arrives against your packing list, check every carton for visible damage and photograph anything that needs attention before it moves. Then the inventory goes where you've told us: prep, storage or straight on through forwarding. All our services are listed on the services page, and the FAQ answers the common questions.

Common problems we prevent

Short shipments found too late

Counts are checked on arrival, so discrepancies are raised before inventory goes to Amazon.

Carrier damage with no evidence

We photograph damaged cartons before opening them, which supports your claim against the carrier.

Unlabeled cartons

Cartons without clear marks slow receiving; we tell you what to ask your supplier for next time.

Inspection that protects your claim.

When a carton arrives damaged, the evidence matters. We photograph the carton before it's opened, note what we see against your packing list, and keep the record with your shipment.

Damage caused by a carrier is claimed against that carrier, and our photos and notes give your claim what it needs.

Questions

What do you check when a shipment arrives?

We count cartons or pallets against your packing list, check the outside of every carton for visible damage, and photograph anything that needs your attention. If you've asked for unit-level inspection, we open cartons and count units too.

What happens if something doesn't match?

We record the discrepancy, take photos and let you know so you can decide what happens next. If the damage was caused by the carrier, the photos support your claim against the carrier.

Can you unload a floor-loaded container?

Yes. We unload 20 ft and 40 ft floor-loaded containers and count cartons as they come off. Sorting below carton level is quoted separately.

Do I need to tell you before a shipment arrives?

Yes, please. Send us the packing list, carton count and expected arrival date, and label cartons clearly. It makes receiving faster and more accurate.

Can you receive Amazon removal orders or returns?

Yes. Tell us what to expect and what should happen to the units: inspection, relabeling, storage, or forwarding to another destination.

Tell us what you're sending.

Send product details, quantities and where the goods go next. We respond within 6 hours with a quote and next steps.
