In detail
When a U.S. buyer asks for samples, the usual answer is a courier parcel from overseas: slow for the buyer, expensive for you, and repeated for every request. Sample fulfillment changes that. You send a stock of samples once, it clears customs as a normal import, and we keep it in Orange County. Each time a buyer, distributor, retailer or sales rep needs samples, we pick, pack and ship them within the U.S.
Samples sit in storage with the rest of your inventory. Before they go out, we can relabel or repack them, add your cover letter, price list or spec sheet, and ship by the carrier and service you choose. Clearance for the sample stock runs through your broker or a licensed broker we work with (customs coordination). This service is about storing and shipping product samples; we don't test products or take laboratory samples.

Questions
Do you test products or take laboratory samples?
No. Sampling at Abanro means storing your product samples and shipping them to people in the U.S. who asked for them. We don't test, analyze or certify products.
Can my U.S. sales rep request samples directly?
Yes. Tell us who may request shipments, and they can send us the recipient and the samples needed by email or WhatsApp.
Can you add a cover letter or price list to each parcel?
Yes. Send printed inserts with your sample stock, or send files and tell us what goes in each parcel.
Can you send food or cosmetic samples?
Food, cosmetics and other regulated products are reviewed at quote. Samples are imports like any other goods, so labeling and import rules still apply.
How are sample shipments priced?
Storage, labeling and repacking follow our published rates. Each shipment is quoted by carrier, destination, size and weight.
