Not yet. Today, receiving confirmations, photos and status updates for your inventory in Orange County come to you directly on WhatsApp and email. In the workspace you can keep your own stock by location, purchase orders, orders and shipping documents.
Which channels does it connect to?
WhatsApp, through the official WhatsApp Cloud API with your own WhatsApp Business number, and Gmail or Google Workspace for email.
Is there a WhatsApp chat inbox?
No. The workspace sends WhatsApp templates, campaigns and sequences and records replies so sequences stop. Conversations continue on your WhatsApp Business number.
