In detail

Most international sellers piece the route to the U.S. together themselves: a forwarder at origin, a customs broker in the U.S., then a warehouse and a fulfillment provider, each with its own contact and its own updates. With Abanro, the route is one service. We arrange pickup at your factory, supplier or warehouse, coordinate ocean or air shipping into the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach or LAX, handle U.S. customs clearance, and bring your goods straight to our Southern California facility for receiving, storage, Amazon FBA prep and delivery across the U.S.

Need only part of the route? We quote just the steps you use. Every step is visible in Abanro Workspace.

Who it's for

  • Brands and manufacturers shipping to the U.S. for the first time
  • Amazon sellers moving inventory from the factory to FBA
  • Exporters supplying U.S. retailers, wholesalers and distributors

What to send us first

  • Pickup address and when the goods are ready
  • Products, carton or pallet counts, dimensions and weights
  • Commercial invoice and packing list, or drafts of them
  • Where the goods go in the U.S.

Timing

Transit time depends on origin, mode and season. We confirm the expected schedule in your quote, and our team is available 24/7 while your shipment is moving.

How it's priced

International shipping is quoted per shipment by origin, mode, volume, weight and destination. U.S. services after arrival follow our published starting prices. Customs duties, taxes and government charges are separate, at actual cost.

Common problems we prevent

Too many handoffs

One team from pickup to final delivery, so nothing falls between a forwarder, a broker and a warehouse.

Paperwork questions at the port

Documents and importer details are checked before pickup, not after arrival.

Goods waiting at the terminal

Clearance and delivery to our facility are planned before your goods arrive.

The Los Angeles advantage

Why Los Angeles is a strategic gateway to the U.S. market.

A large share of everything the United States imports from Asia arrives through the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Our central warehouse is in Orange County, Southern California, a short drive from both ports and from LAX, so your inventory reaches us fast and leaves for any U.S. destination just as fast.

  • Port of Los Angeles

The busiest container port in the United States, with direct services from Asia and every major trade lane.

  • Port of Long Beach

Right next door, together forming the largest port complex in the country. Freight moves from either terminal to our warehouse quickly.

  • LAX air cargo

Urgent stock, samples and high-value goods fly into Los Angeles International Airport and reach us the same way.

  • Connected across the U.S.

From Southern California we ship to every state, and our network of connected warehouses across the United States grows with you.

Questions

Which countries can you pick up from?

We work with brands across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Send us the pickup address and we confirm the route and the quote.

Do I have to use your international shipping to use your U.S. services?

No. Every service can be used on its own. If you already work with a freight forwarder, they can deliver to our facility, and we coordinate with them.

Should I ship by ocean or by air?

Ocean freight suits most inventory, from a few pallets to full containers. Air freight suits urgent stock, samples and high-value goods. We recommend the option that fits your timing and budget, and quote it before anything moves.

How is international shipping priced?

Each shipment is quoted by origin, mode, volume, weight and destination, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Customs duties, taxes and government charges are separate, at actual cost.

Can my goods go to Amazon FBA after they arrive?

Yes. Units that need FBA prep come to our facility first for labeling and packing, then go on to the Amazon fulfillment centers in your shipment plan.

Can I follow my shipment while it moves?

Yes. Abanro Workspace shows pickup, international transit, customs clearance and arrival at our facility, then receiving, inventory and every delivery, 24/7.
