Partner Network for freight forwarders
A U.S. agent for overseas freight forwarders and NVOCCs
You sell the move from origin. We handle everything after arrival in the United States, so your customers get door-to-door service under your name.
You keep your customer relationship. We handle the agreed U.S. operations.
What we handle at destination
The work you would otherwise need a U.S. office for, with one partner reporting to you.
-
Pre-alert to delivery order
We work from your pre-alert and documents, follow the arrival notice and arrange release and pickup.
-
Customs clearance
We handle U.S. customs clearance, including other agency requirements where they apply, and can deliver fully customs-cleared.
-
FCL, LCL and air
Full containers, consolidations and air freight. Split cargo is received and sorted by consignee at our warehouse.
-
Storage and onward delivery
Goods stay in our warehouse or go straight to the consignee by parcel, LTL or full truckload.
-
Value-added services
Labeling, repacking, palletizing and marketplace prep when the consignee needs more than a delivery.
-
Updates you can pass on
Receipts, photos, stock and delivery status in Abanro Workspace, ready to share with your customer.
Abanro handles U.S. customs clearance and can deliver your customers' shipments fully customs-cleared. We can act as importer of record in eligible cases.
Your U.S. team, without a U.S. office
The U.S. end is where shipments often get stuck: an arrival notice nobody answers, a delivery order waiting for payment, a consignee who wants the pallets relabeled first. Without a team at destination, every one of those becomes a long email chain.
As your U.S. agent, Abanro takes over from the moment you send the pre-alert. We handle customs clearance, pick up the cargo from the terminal or airport, receive and check it, and deliver it or store it. For marketplace freight, we add Amazon FBA prep. You keep the booking, the customer and the margin.

What to send us first

Common problems we prevent
Release delays
A missing document or unpaid charge holds the cargo while free time runs out. We follow it up during U.S. hours. Our guide to demurrage and detention explains the costs.
Split deliveries
One container, several consignees. We receive it, sort it by consignee and send each order on with its own paperwork.
Consignees without a U.S. company
Some overseas brands have no U.S. importer. We check whether we can act as importer of record for them.
